Visited this branch this evening after being a long time customer of Frankies, but this time I must give credit where credits due.... the lady who I only assume was the manager who served us was amazing !!!! They were extremely busy and I could see that but not for one moment did that affect my service she was fantastic and really is an asset to your company , her customer service is second to none ! Well done Tanya (the girl with the southern accent) x

This is my “local” Frankie & Bennys “ and have not been there for some while. Sadly there was less than a handful of diners in there, we were seated and served by a polite hostess. We were very hungry, and because the weather was in the 30s very thirsty. Our drinks it seamed took for ever to arrive. While waiting we did notice the dated decor that has been there since it first opened, unfortunately it is the colour of a very smokey old pub that could do with a good clean. Our food however was very tasty and enjoyable.

Was told wait would be 10 minutes, waited over 1 hour when food arrived I had mac n cheese my one year old daughter would be hungry after eating the portion of food that was brought. 1st try of a Franky & Benny’s will more than likely be my last

Waited over hour and half for meals however to be fair only two waitresses absolutely rushed off their feet.Lovely blonde lady who served us stayed cheery and professional needs a pat on the back !

The staff were very nice however the service was slow, our dessert was sat on the pass for a good 10 minutes before the waitress brought it to us. I had the bacon cheeseburger, it was rank, my oh ate it but I thought it was horrible. I actually mentioned it to the waitress but she just said OK and walked away � my sons chicken wasn't very good either to be honest, looked like it had been overcooked, he didn't eat it anyway. Dissapointed as I'd wanted to try this place for a while, won't be returning

Our food came pretty quick but when it arrived the mega meatballs were tiny ones and the spag was so watery. My daughters mini burgers had mayo on so they had to go back. We complained about the spag meatballs and the lad said oh we ran out of the large ones but with the apology. This will be the last time we step foot in this place

Food was disgusting, tasteless. Spaghetti and meatballs was literally like soup with a bit of undercooked spaghetti and 4 chewy meatballs. Carbonara was undercooked spaghetti in milk with 4 pieces of water pumped chicken. Sent carbonara and meatballs back and swapped for undercooked pizzas. Waitress was lovely but manager kept speaking with the chef and staring over. Felt uncomfortable. Would never step foot in Frankie and Bennys again!

By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Arrived at this branch to be told there was a 20 minute wait for a table. Ummed n arred about going somewhere else but decided we’d sit at the bar and wait. They failed to also tell us there was a much longer wait for our meals. 1 hr 30 mins we waited for a chicken pita and lasagne, when we plucked up the courage to ask how much longer it would be, it clearly looked like they forgot all about us. No apologies or discount off our bill. However the lady who served us, Joanna, was lovely but the service in general was shocking!

Used to be a good place for breakfast now they've changed the menu less choice but it's more expensive and they won't take blue light discount on the breakfast menu.

Staff lovely Chefs need to learn to cook Pitta was hard like frisbee, boyfriends calzone was hard use to be lovely but gone downhill

Our family's first time at Frankie & Benny's we left very disappointed! Dated decor, very dark. Food was poor just about edible. Service was very very slow had to skip the deserts after waiting 40 mins after ordering. The staff themselves were friendly enough but just seemed to be going through the motions, they would also benefit in some new uniforms. I would not recommend it to anyone and my family and I will not be eating at a Frankie & Benny's again!

Got seated at the bar to a new girl who hadn’t a clue what she was doing I had to tell her how to make my cocktail after waiting a good 20 minutes for it there was no one to even help the girl got seated and ordered another drink I then waited again at least 10minutes for someone to take r food order ! Food came still no sign of any drinks both me and my partner are vegetarian and ordered the vegetarian dish to them find meat in our food I then emailed a letter of complaint to receive nothing back absolute joke of a place

Food was disgusting, tasteless. Spaghetti and meatballs was literally like soup with a bit of undercooked spaghetti and 4 chewy meatballs. Carbonara was undercooked spaghetti in milk with 4 pieces of water pumped chicken. Sent carbonara and meatballs back and swapped for undercooked pizzas. Waitress was lovely but manager kept speaking with the chef and staring over. Felt uncomfortable. Would never step foot in Frankie and Bennys again!

By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Arrived at this branch to be told there was a 20 minute wait for a table. Ummed n arred about going somewhere else but decided we’d sit at the bar and wait. They failed to also tell us there was a much longer wait for our meals. 1 hr 30 mins we waited for a chicken pita and lasagne, when we plucked up the courage to ask how much longer it would be, it clearly looked like they forgot all about us. No apologies or discount off our bill. However the lady who served us, Joanna, was lovely but the service in general was shocking!
