We have eaten in here for the past 3 nights...food delicious , staff really friendly, extremely good value for money ..and the chicken is much nicer than the KFC offerings from next door..(we only tried it on an off chance, will be back again on next visit to Blackpool)

Food is great and we have never had any issues with it. So as we pay via hungry house and use paypal the delivery driver asked us on 2 separate occasions are 'you sure you paid'. If proof is required that we paid your welcome to see it. I Don't order food with the intention of not paying.

Just had yet another bad meal from here. Asked for a sizzler burger with NO SALAD yet I get my burger home and covered in lettuce. The "sizzler" is not very sizzling and more like a regular pice of chicken. Chips were cold. Really not impressed.

So we got frankys last week and the chicken was pink n the chips were hard my son chocked on one cos he couldn't chew it the gravy was rank had lots of bits in it and we didn't get our full order. We rang up to complain and got offered a free meal and now they offering us just a large chips wen we next order Like we gunna order again. Ohh and I also no that some of the staff smoke crack. Just letting everyone no not to order from here as they have no respect and there food is shit. They need to be shut down

Ordered on just eat and wrote in the notes what we did and didn't want on the order. Pizza and wrap were both wrong, second time this has happened.



We rang and asked for the order to be right and they sent just a pizza and no new wrap! Rang them and explained again it was wrong and they tried to blame us! And that it was our fault for writing on the notes on just eat! Won't be ordering again. Rude people! And a massive waste of money!!!!

Ordered a takeaway it was 1hr and 30mins later, the 16inch pizza was burnt to a crisp, I ordered a fillet burger and ended up with. Extremely spicey chicken burger wich the chicken was like dry rubber couldn't even swollow it if I tried but I have ibs and I cNt eat spicey food! I rNg and complained and all he said was all he can do it apologise!! 22 quid on a pile off burn crap! I'll never ever order from you again extremely disappointed I never got a refund or even a fresh pizza n the correct burger I ordered! Chips rock hard!! Only good thing about that takeaway was the can off tango o brought! Disappointed I lost my cash should off spent it on a friggin shop for my house instead wasting it on that pile off dump ���� thanks!!!

Ita so annoying when you place a delivery order for a takeaway at half 10 to deliver at half 12 and they turn up late over charge u. And get ur order wrong so u kick off at the delivery guy but u know it's not his fault so call to takeaway to try and sort it out and they blame u for asking for a later delivery and say they won't fix it but will refund u a pound when I was over charged by £2 anyway

Rant over but moral of the story don't get food from fankys on lytham Rd

I ordered from just eat tonight paid by card! An hour and ten minutes waiting. Decided to ring them and theyre saying theyve had no order from my address yet my payment has changed by the bank. Now im down in money and no food.. i usually order an pay cash. Wont be doing that again!!
