We've been making these sausages for customer orders & they're so nice we thought we should share them with you as well.
Firstly there Italian Chicken with Tomato & Mozzarella. Then a firey Chicken with Habanero & Leek.

We've got something new for tea this weekend, a traditional Italian dish. Chicken Saltimbocca is on the menu, a dish made of Chicken Fillet wrapped with prosciutto and fresh sage.
This is easy to cook and the flavours 'jump in the mouth' so you can be confident it will taste great. Just heat a good cooking oil and pan fry for 4 minutes on the prosciutto ham side first, then flip and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
Rest on a piece of kitchen paper to remove any excess cooking oil, then once you're ready to serve just squeeze over with some fresh lemon juice.

Preheat oven to 180°C and cook in the foil tray for 20 mins per 500gms or until the chicken is cooked and tender reaching a core temperature of 75°C.
Alternatively if you have a BBQ with a lid and shelf cook in a preheated BBQ (coals should be grey).
... Place the tray onto the shelf so the tray is not directly above the coals, replace lid and leave to cook, only checking occasionally.
If you want a smoky flavour, sprinkle some flavoured woodchips into a bowl of water placed next to the coals. Check your BBQ’s cooking instructions for full details.

What an amazing place full of quality delights, fabulous staff. The homemade cheese n onion pie amazing, Spanishy Spicy sausage fabulous especially when they are in metres (pic to follow) . Its like being a child on the sweet shop. One of the best places in Bolton well done. Please support and shop local you won't be disappointed.

The black pepper sausages are to die for so much my son refuses to eat any other sausages unless their from frazers. We go most weeks as we only live round corner, always friendly, clean and helpful. Also if your not sure on how to cook something just ask they always give the best advice.

The best butcher around, the pork pies and meat pies are pure quality, the best ever aswell as everything else, the staff are do friendly and helpful, hats off to Frasers

Best butchers in Bolton! I used to buy supermarket meat, not because of price, because of time, my mum got me going to Frasers, now I go every week it's well worth the extra time it takes, no going back to supermarket meat for me.

Been going to this butchers for years and i can honestly say I've never been disappointed once with the quality of food the staff are so friendly also.

I would never consider for 1 second of going anywhere else an Excellent butchers.
