User

Well worth a drive out there you won’t be disappointed so many favours to pick from

User

We've been coming here for years and the only disappointing thing is if they don't have salted caramel ........ absolutely gorgeous. I don't mind the queues, because the end product is worth it!

User

Was my first time yesterday & I will be returning had pistachio & bubblegum mmm

User

Very delicous ice cream, not like any other ice cream!

User

Use to come here with my grandma and my mum when I was younger and now I take my daughter and all 4 generations of us love this place. Best ice cream ever and great staff as well, plus our little pooch loves coming here with us getting his doggy ice cream :) xx

User

Took my son for his first time fantastic as always. Excellent service by amazing staff. As always our ice creams were delicious and super tasty. Was well worth the 30 minute journey x

User

The best Ice-cream shop- Rum and Raisin is the best 👍👍

User

Persuaded the Hubby to drive home from Morecambe the A6 route as I dislike motorways, tempted him with a stop at Frederick’s and my treat 😂 Did not disappoint the 2 vanilla cones were delicious 😋 don’t think I’ll have to persuade him next time 🤷🏼‍♀️

User

Never heard about this place before...until Sunday,we were having our usual Sunday drive when we were about to pass by fredricks & decided to stop by for an ice cream..really enjoyed it & the young girl who served us was extremely friendly, would definitely recommend this place, loved it x

User

My little lad loves it. Ice cream is top notch! Highly recommend a visit

User

My favourite place for Ice Cream (Nitrogenie comes a close 2nd)

Staff are very professional and friendly, they get me mine from a fresh box to avoid cross contamination... big kudos for that

User

Managed to book a table for today even though we knew it would be super busy! Queue out the door and down the street! Had lunch and then a dessert (obviously) and it was amazing. Great food, and even better service! The young lad that looked after us was brill. Apart from me forgetting my Chocanana ice cream it was all fab. Thanks guys. X

User

Lovely place I wouldn't drive there as it's such a nice walk and a pain to park near but the variety of ice cream is amazing lots of choice

User

Lovely ice creams, huge range of flavours and good value for money

User

Lovely and tasty ice cream with very polite staff. Great choice of flavours

User

Love this place ! I am coeliac so gluten free

The staff are well informed with this allergy and even went into the back to get my ice cream from a fresh container so not to get contamination from scoops

User

Love it here the ice cream is gorgeous definitely recommend x

User

If you want cheap ice cream,go and buy a cheap own brand tub from a supermarket.

If you want high quality and the largest, weirdest and most wonderful variety of delicious flavours then head to Fredricks..

Nobody says Fredricks isn't a tad pricey but my god it's worth every penny and the good portion sizes also justify the cost.

You get what you pay for,and here, you pay for top quality!

Although to be fair,I think just under £14 for 3x2 scoops and 1x1 scoop in sprinkle and nut covered chocolate waffle cones is quite reasonable, all 4 of us left stuffed!

A mention for the lovely, polite and friendly young lady who served us tonight, sadly we missed her name, all smiles and patients with our kids!

User

I have a Nut allergy, and when I let the staff know of this they told me that rather than make my ice cream from the front counter were all the scoops are usually taken from out of the tubs you can see, they informed me that they would get my ice cream completely fresh from the tubs in the back, with fresh ice cream scoops too! This was to prevent any cross contamination and I thought it was a really great and safe way to do this! So Thankyou on behalf of the staff for doing this! I would also like to say it was my first time ever getting Fredericks Icecream, I’m 22 now, but still it was an experience of its own, they did not disappoint, Thankyou again, and I highly recommend this parlour, see you again soon! 🤙🏼😍💕

User

Don’t be put off by the long line of people waiting to get in the shop. The choice of flavors is well worth the wait. Staff were clearly under pressure due to visiting on a rare occasion that the sun was shining but were patient, pleasant and helpful, the place was clean and tidy and they obviously run a well organized operation.

I had a scoop of snickers and liquorice and blackcurrent and it was delicious.

You don’t need to wait for the sun to be shining to get out and enjoy a taste of summer at Fredrick’s ;)

User

Best ice cream , spoilt for choice .

User

Been coming for ever and hits the spot every time

User

User

An excellent visit to Frederick's to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday. Nathan and the other staff could not do enough for us. The party package was well worth the money and the girls thoroughly enjoyed making their own sundaes. Thankyou.

User

User

Absolutely delicious Ice-cream, got 3 waffle cones & 1 banoffee, cinnamon waffle. Couldn't even finish it all. Kids loved it 2. Spent £18-50, but was worth it.

User

Worth a long trip out, tasty ice cream 😋

User

Was lovely deffo go again an try the food to next time

User

Great ice cream and good customer service, bit of a queue on a warm Sunday

User

Due to the volume of customers u receive I think it's about time u expanded ur shop and possibly have a side door entrance instead of customers having to stand and Q on the main road! CAN'T fault ur icecream tho its amazing cookies and cream definitely our family favourite!

User

We went to the branch at the Chill Factor in Trafford Quays in Manchester. Not cheap at over £14 for the 5 of us. Flavours looked great & my husband chose his favourite rum & raisin in the tub we were sharing. It was absolutely vile; a really overpowering, artificial , bitter, almost chemical taste. It totally ruined the taste of any of the other flavours of ice cream & was so overpowering that neither of us could eat it. I cannot describe how disgusting it tasted. Soooo disappointed. At least the children seemed to enjoy theirs!

User

The Gin selection of ice creams have no hint of gin in them! Really disappointed as I made a special 1hr 40 minute round trip for them

Aldi gin&tonic lollies are far better!!!

Still no reply to my feedback via inbox which has been seen!!!

User

Ten out of ten if you fancy paying £5.75 for a frozen cheese and tomato pizza.
