Unbelievable customer service, highly professional, and very very friendly. Would recommend to anyone who has a bike, or is thinking of getting one.
Me and my other half have been taking our bikes here for years. The one thing that stands out for me is there amazing customer service and attention to detail which really personalised our experience and has kept us coming back again and again. One thing I think is really good is they will be in constant contact letting you know what's going on with any orders that are being waited on but equally where repairs are up to or if can't get parts that day etc I'm rung given full detail of what's going on. Rachel is very professional and knows exactly what she's talking about and has taken time to explain and run through things on my bike. John is amazing technically and his knowledge on bikes is outstanding!!! I would highly reccomend anyone to use his highly professional family run buisness. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!
Great service from this shop. I have had three bikes from them and they were all delivered fully set up/adjusted. Also the staff ride the local trails so are always up for a chat about bikes if you want to.
