DEPOSITS
Guys the reason I ask for deposits is because far to many people where cancelling on me last minute or just not turning up to their appointments, and yes I understand things happen out of our control, but still, this is my only form of income, as much as I love my job It pays my Bills. Deposits stop this from happening to me, nobody wants to loose a 50% deposit.
... So just a reminder, if I ask you for a deposit please pay it, you get penciled in the diary, but if you dont pay I will give the appointment away. My deposits are also none refundable, if you cancel within 24hour you will loose it, you may change the appointment but another deposit will be required. That 50% you loose goes toward my lose of appointment I can now no longer fill.
Please dont take this personally. It's very difficult trying to run a business behind the scenes.

This is a guideline to how often your dogs should be groomed, to keep their coats in a good maintained condition, not only that but showing your dog grooming is part of their life and making sure they are always used to it. 💙
This will also help keep on top of matting, along side your daily brushing at home too!
