What can I say from 14 stone to almost 11 stone in 16 weeks I couldn't recommend anyone better. Gav really pushes you and make you work hard, guides you with your nutrtion and in turn you start seeing results.



For me personally as a squash player, I've gone from struggling for getting round the court and taking a drink every 2 points, to getting round the court without a problem and seeing put a game before needing to stop for water. My body hasn't felt as good as it does right now. Highly recommended for all your fitness needs worth every penny to last 1p
