Gawsworth Track Livery

Wow, paid a visit to the track livery to see for myself tonight, made my heart melt to see these animals living pretty much like nature designed them to do, what a happy little herd they are, snacks of hawthorn, nettle, gorse etc. natural shade, and shelter, space to move freely and behave like a horse, totally admire what you’re doing here guys, work still in progress I know but what you’ve achieved so far is fabulous, good luck with your future plans! I shall continue to watch your ‘track life’ posts, they make me smile every time �

This is the best way to keep horses and ponies in such a natural environment, I remember when Dan first told me about the idea and how it worked, having visited a few times and seen the project slowly being built, Dan and Bethan have put so much thought into everything for the horses it’s so lovely to see it being done they are very professional in all ways not only for the horses welfare but the sanity of the owner where a solution is possible because they have looked at other track systems and applied the same principle. I am watching Mossgars progress and am convinced he will be a happy natural horse again. Well done you both have done an amazing job.
