I would highly recommend Ged to anyone looking for a mortgage. He listened to what I wanted and helped choose the best mortgage to suit my requirements. The process was very straightforward, efficiently managed by Ged and I would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Ged went above and beyond for us when dealing with our mortgage. He's a very friendly, approachable guy thats always available to answer any questions and reassured us throughout the process. I sent the poor guy endless emails from 10am-10pm and although id never expect them to be replied to 'out of working hours' you could guarantee within 20 minutes or so there you'd have a reply guiding me on what to do next to speed up the process! The first time I met Ged he took all our information and there was absolutely NO pressure from him like some companies do. I left my info with him for roughly 4/5 months and he just said to get in touch if I wished to continue. I recently got back touch with Ged and he booked us an appointment around our working hours. Once he arrived the first thing he asked was how my little boy got on in his phonics screening test-not only had he remembered his name but he had also remembered I'd told him he was in year one!!! I mean how many clients must he meet on a daily basis and to remember that after one visit meant a lot. We found our perfect home and it had A LOT of interest! The pressure was on!!! Within 24 hours they accepted our offer and they wanted documents!!! Our mortgage in principle failed as we had problems with our credit reports. It was a VERY stressful day as we could see our dream home slipping through our fingers! That day Ged was constantly ringing myself and my partner, sending endless emails with documents we needed to get to him and basically the guy bent over backwards the whole day to finally get us our mortgage with Halifax. The poor guy must have slept well that night. He's gone above and beyond what you would ever expect and we really can't thank him enough. Highly recommended...Thanks so much, Ged!x

Ged made buying our first house so much easier than if we'd done it alone. He was endlessly helpful from start to finish and talked us through each stage of the process. Ged took a lot of the stress away from us in dealing with mortgage lenders and solicitors and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. He's a really nice guy and was great at keeping in touch, he answered all of our questions really well. Thanks so much for all your help Ged!
