We are grateful to have been nominated in the UK Muay Thai Awards finalists for Gym of the year whilst the gaffer Darren has been nominated in the category for Junior trainer of the year. After a superb year Lewis George has been nominated in the category for Junior male of the year 12-14yrs, whilst our resident Photographer Michael Howarth has also been nominated in the photographer of the year category. We're all in great company here so the competition is very strong indeed. Not that we're biased or anything, but if you think we deserve a vote, then you can message the award page with your vote. :)

Thank you to everyone who came to watch the show today. Win or Lose, all the fighters performed brilliantly and did theirselves and their gyms proud! Due to some footy match there will be no classes on Wednesday night, sorry for those of you who wanted to train but I just don’t think that will be anyone. Classes are on Thursday, 6 for juniors 7.00 for adults. Tickets will still be available for the show

There will be no 7.00 pm class tues 3rd July due to foolsball match, adults wanting to train can do so at 6.00, please pass the word around. Thank you

My son Lewis started at the age of 5 years and now he is 11 years old gfc Muay Thai is the only gym for him I owe the trainers so much has he worked and trained so hard for 6 years he is now North West Champion and won the wtka English title and next month going for the British title so it's is defo the place to come and train or get fit

My daughter is 9yrs old and been going for about 5 months now and loves this place. I also recommended family and friends too. Deffo a 5 star xx

Made to feel very welcome. very friendly atmosphere and Darren Phillips is not actually that scary ha ha

I wouldn't send my son to any other club. He loves attending 3 times a week. The instructor's are very dedicated training the kids for them to reach their full potential .

I enjoy training at GFC. It is a great gym.

Dedicated instructors giving excellent technical skills and support to all students. Well equipped gym good atmosphere

Class, my son Riley has only been going for a month and you can see the difference each week. The trainers are tough but brilliant with the kids.
