We were here for a wedding reception and party. It was a stunning location with beautiful gardens. The staff were outstanding in their care of us.

We stayed overnight in a very comfortable and spacious room.

All the meals were delicious.

I would recommend this venue.

Visited for a wedding... perfect from start to finish! Stunning gardens an ideal venue for a summer wedding. Excellent food and service. I appreciated a fish free starter being found for me at short notice. The two storey bedrooms were very original( although you have to remember to take everything you need with you when using the downstairs bathroom !!).

The only suggestion for improvement could be in the catering for vegetarians.A friend commented that the main course although tasty lacked imagination and that the choice at breakfast was a bit limited.

Lovely lunch great value. Lots of choice. Food presentation great first time had goose and will be having it again. Nice to have white table cloths too. Staff were on hand but not intrusive. Definitely recommend this lovely country hotel.
