We are now taking deposits.
Appiontments will no longer be booked unless a £10 non refundable deposit is paid either by cash at the salon or bank transfer.
Since coming back after Christmas I've had many last minute cancellations or no shows with very little explanation.
... I'm trying to run a business so could you please be respectful when making appiontments and having no intentions to show up.
This £10 deposit secures your grooming slot but also assures me that if you do cancel and I cant fill the slot at least some of my time is being paid for.
This does apply to people that are booking for the year also as it's also happening with these clients and sometime the rota is being messed up and can be impossible to alter.
