Our names are Tracy and Michelle, we met at a local nursing home employed as activities coordinators. We worked together for 4 years planning events and activities for the residents and also karaoke days, which they loved. This is how we met Glenn (Glenn's silver service) he came to us in 2012, when he was just starting out as an entertainer looking for bookings and we instantly hit it off and became the best of friends.
We did many events together and he became a part of the home in more ways than one. It was apparent from early on how close we was as he called us his girls! He was more than just an entertainer to the residents , he was their friend.
Unfortunately January 2015 Glenn gave us the heart breaking news, the news that we never expected he was diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Sadly Glenn lost the battle and passed away June 2016 with his girls by his side. We always said we would be with him all the way and his girls always kept their promise.
On his last few days we told him we would be starting up on our own as entertainers, which we had discussed with him on many occasions but never told him what our stage name would be as he lay there we both whispered in his ear,
"We are going to start the business up Glenn and we are going to be called Glenn's Girl's, we will take you everywhere with us" at that moment a tear ran down his cheek, we knew he heard us.

​So that is how the name came about and why we are doing what we love to do and that is putting a smile on the face of people as Glenn always did.
