Went there after I seen a mates comment! Must say it was a pleasure, polite staff, clean and welcoming ! Was very impressed with the fast service considering it was very busy I waited maybe less than ten minutes, the breakfast was Hot and tasty, most impressed with the Eggs ! Best breakfast I've had in a long time ūüĎć

We visited for the Tameside veterans breakfast club its absolutely brilliant a meeting place for all members of the armed forces we travelled from Sandbach. The staff are brilliant thank you.

Very good service price a little higher than most but food well worth it

Saturday morning breakfast, for my partner and I, was a bit of a mystery tour, we would trawl Tameside and the surrounding areas for a different location to eat each week .. until we stumbled across "The Globe".. we go nowhere else now ... great surroundings, very good food, fast and efficient, and the staff are pleasant and friendly . .. i'd recommend the Globe to anyone and everyone .... can't fault the place .....

Never been before and a good friend suggested we went for breakfast monday morning, I Had the Northern breakfast and she had the vegetarian opinion it was absolutely brilliant loved the atmosphere and the decorative surroundings but the food was amazing really enjoyed the whole experience highly recommend to try it out ill be back again soon

I'd be surprised if there was a better place for traditional food to start your day anywhere in Tameside. I've sampled many places over the years and the Globe stands that bit taller than anywhere I've tried previously. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, I've even introduced my 83 yr old father and he won't go anywhere else now!! Top stuff.

Always bring my American colleagues when they are over, they love it. Cheese and onion pie is rare but is absolutely on point.

Always a warm welcome, a good choice of food including healthy options and very helpful staff. Parking is difficult. Shame its not open in the evenings.

We visited the Globe on. Friday Lunch, which probably wasn't the best idea, as some of the items we wanted to order, were actually unavailable, due to the morning trade being so strong (great for the business, not so the customers). Our amended choices were delivered very quickly, were tasty and very reasonably priced, so no real issues at all. They obviously have found a good, solid, client base, that requires a certain type of crowd pleasing food, which is what they provide and for that alone, it's worth a visit. Personally, I would like to see a slightly wider range of desserts on the menu, as I like something sweet to just finish off a meal, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
