This is never normally my style but after being ignored I have no alternative but to write a review. IŌĆÖve bought bits & bobs from Ash for over 12 months now and have loved everything but am currently missing my items / refund after purchasing. I paid for 2 items nearly 4 weeks go now and have not received the items and have asked for a refund which has been ignored. Last week I got asked for my details for payment, to which I sent immediately and I am still waiting for my refund. Appalling customer service of a business owner.

Really not one to post anything like this but seen as I have seen other messages about the same thing I thought others should be aware about how terrible this boutique is!!! I payed for a fur gillet with next day delivery over 3 weeks ago! I contacted her numerous times to see what was happening as it never arrived, when she finally got back to me she was apologetic and offered to send me another one in a different colour aswell as the original to make up for it so I agreed but asked for it to be tracked delivery and for her to send me the info. Yet again nothing was sent and my messages have been ignored so I will now be contacting my bank and claiming the money back aswell as boycotting this so called boutique and it's disgusting customer service and I highly recommend nobody shops here!!!!

I have tried to contact you all weekend . IŌĆÖve seen messages saying you donŌĆÖt send people their items. If I donŌĆÖt hear back from you today I will have to assume you are doing the same to me. I will then be contacting the police and trading standards and calling PayPal to get my money back.
