This is the best place to train in East Anglia. The instructor is an amazing guy. He cares about everyone that walks through the door. A great place for competition training, self defense, or bjj hobbyist. Great people! Great Training! You wonŌĆÖt be disappointed.
Just done my first training was amazing
IŌĆÖve never felt so confident to walk the streets alone. IŌĆÖve never lived so far from my family to find my own right there on the mat. IŌĆÖve never respected and learned so much from a coach in my life. And I wouldnŌĆÖt be who I am today without this class. If you ever have the chance to train.. do it.
I am a 30 year old mom of two kids and wife. I started Jiu Jitsu 4 months ago and I have loved every single minute of it. Coach Ian and the team has welcomed me as family and they have help me accomplish so much with my jiu-jitsu and fitness. I encourage everyone to give it a try and see what are you capeable of
First class is very humbling when you are big and strong and don't know how to use what you have. The amazing team never lets me lose, even in a submission. To know that every day I train I feel better is amazing.
The coach is great guy that wants to save the world. He gives everything to the team and still trains and competes with the best in the world. I'm excited to watch him and the business grow.

A month later, and I couldn't be more pleased. Having not done anything like this before, I wasn't sure what to expect like many. It's easy to think it might be an intimidating environment but really its far from that. Gracie Barra provides a supportive and friendly setting, where everyone is there to help, and to see you improve on your journey regardless of your ability. I can safely say that a month in, and already everything I've learnt has started to become much more natural. The coach is good fun, explains everything with great detail, and really wants everyone to learn and do their best. I look forward to each session, seeing the people, and being in a place that challenges and betters me. Finally, just keep turning up and you'll be amazed!
