we searched many venues before coming across the Grange, soon as I stepped into the grange and the staff greeted me before I even looked around the hotel, I knew the Grange was the place. The Hotel is faultless

beautiful and staff are amazing, Angela is so helpful, there will be so many staff we will be thanking when Our wedding arrives in the summer, they really can’t do enough for you. Wonderful 3 night stay in February. Weather was excellent (we were lucky)! Attention to detail by the very attentive staff was second to none. Couldn't praise them more highly. Food superb throughout our stay for all our meals. Made good use of the heated pool and the jacuzzi, which our young daughter particularly loved. All in all a superb break.

We stayed at this stunning hotel this weekend for our wedding anniversary and we were blown away just how beautiful this hotel is , from stepping foot in the front door this hotel is full of character , charm it's like something that you see in films , each n every room is different n very grand , we stayed in the penthouse honeymoon suite n i can honestley say I have never seen such a beautiful room had balcony doors that opened onto a terrace looking into the woods so peaceful n relaxing, the staff were so helpful n friendly , the stunning log fire was my favourite sat there with a glass of wine perfect, I am so glad we came across this beautiful hotel will 100% be definatly be coming back here again , thank you grange hotel for making r anniversary so special xxxx Mr n Mrs Stanley

We stayed at the Grange hotel for 2 night with the wedding party for Jay and Sarah found the Hotel one of the nicest I've stayed in, rooms were fabulous pristine, food delicious and staff couldn't be any more helpful, they were 100% attentive and would bend over backwards to help you, didn't want to leave, would recommend this to everyone

We had our wedding reception here and I can't recommend the hotel enough. It was absolutely fantastic.



The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect.



Angela our wedding planner was amazing and helped at every step of the way and everyone involved from check in, to the bar staff to the parking attendants were fantastic. Our guests all said they wished they could have stayed longer as the staff were so accommodating and the rooms were beautiful.

So lucky to have come across the Grange hotel when looking at a place to stay near the lake district. Absolutely fantastic, the staff could not do enough for us, the setting was superb and the room was brilliant. The Victorian atmosphere of the hotel was simply stunning but modernised in a very subtle way. Food was to die for and full compliments to the chef. I can't see how anyone could fault this tremendous hotel, got to be one of the loveliest places Jane and I have ever stayed. Very highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a break in the lakes. A massive thanks to all the staff that work in this gorgeous hotel.

Since booking my December 2018 wedding here in 2015 I have had nothing but the best service from the Grange Hotel, especially Angela.

They have catered for us from staying there for a night to get a feel of the place to a cream tea for me and my bridesmaids. Nothing is too much trouble.

So if my experience up to now is anything to go by my wedding reception and evening reception will be amazing. One of the best!!

Our party (Smith, McArthur, Cooper and Clague) have just had a wonderful Christmas at The Grange. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, so friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the rooms were lovely. I would recommend anyone looking to stay there whether it be a quiet weekend to a full blown wedding, you will not be disappointed.

My husband brought me here yesterday for a suprise for my 40th birthday. This hotel is absolutely fantastic ! Everything is so clean and gorgeous. The staff are amazing, a special mention to Angela who was in the reception (her service and friendliest was superb) and Peter in the Carriages restaurant too. We stayed in room 241, I actually had a tear in my eye when I left that room for the last time.... it was simply stunning. We had dinner in the restaurant too which was really really impressive food and we was made to feel very special. Thank you to the Grange Hotel for making my birthday amazing - we will certainly be back!!!! Xxx

Lovely � hotel with an old fashioned elegant vibe. Fab afternoon tea and breakfast. Brilliant spa treatments. Gorgeous room with beautiful free standing roll top bath we just had to try out! Not cheap but worth it for a treat! Xx

Just perfect in every way; the hotel is immaculate, the staff are wonderful, the food is fabulous, the pool is lovely and the gardens are beautifully kept. We loved it!

I just got home from a weekend at Grange Hotel. I attended my friends wedding. As well as being in a stunning location this hotel is outstandingly beautiful. And the staff are amazing. They look after you with a 5 * service. Have the greatest weekend here.

They have helped us with our wedding planning from day 1 & obliged in every way possible there after. ALL of the staff are so thoughtful & make the most helpful appropriate suggestions to make life easier for you & your guests. I had the upmost confidence in the staff orchestraighting various elements of our wedding, they really do know what they are doing! This hotel has so so much to offer. The food is exquisite, the rooms are luxurious (especially the Honeymoon suites!), the views are delightful & the grounds are beautiful. I cannot recommend the hotel enough as a wedding venue or for a holiday. We will most definitely be back.

Friendly hotel, riendly staff. Beautiful room in a gorgeous building. Food is fabulous, grounds are lovely and well kept. I really cannot find anything bad to say about hits place they are always very helpful and welcoming.
