Took my 4 year old son this mornin at 9.30am the staff were fantastic and friendly. They went out of their way to make my son feel confident he loved it. I will recommend to all of my friends. X

Had my sons 7th birthday party here and it was fantastic, kids had a really good time, party room is huge, staff kept coming to check if we needed anything and if everything was alright. Fantastic time was had by all and would definitely recommend, was worth every penny.

Had my daughters 9th birthday party here on Saturday and they all had a fab time. First time we have been and would def return. They started climbing at 4 and there was also another parry in at the same time. My little boy decided to climb as well, he is 5 and not a big 5 and he loved it. He probably struggled on 1 or 2 walls but thats it. The kids werent waiting long at all to be unclipped. The room for food is big but can get very warm. The staff were fab. X

Had my daughters 9th birthday here yesterday, everyone loved it, thank you. There's lots of different walls to choose from and everyone soon had a favourite! The room upstairs was perfect too for the food and having music available was a great idea, would recommend to everyone - give it a go!!

Had my daughters 7th birthday party here on Fri 27th. The kids all had an amazing time, after climbing the party room was huge and plenty of room for the kids to run around and dance to there hearts content. The staff were great with adults and the kids, very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return.

Had my daughter's 6th birthday party here today and can't fault it. Booking process was straightforward and Emily was really helpful. On the day the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Climbing fantastic as always and party food was great. Adults and kids all went away very happy. Thank you.

Fantastic the kids loved it and the staff where helpful especially one young man who really took the time to help my 5 year old son on the leap of faith. (Jacob) the briefing was good and easy for the little ones to understand. Well definitely be visiting again.

Brilliant place for kids, also added on the kids party, excellent service, plenty of food, great play area on the mats, ideal for kids. What I would suggest is jugs of juice instead of a fruit shoot, it would be cheaper and mean the kids would be able to have more than one drink as they were quite thirsty after an hour of climbing. Would definitely recommend and this is our second party here.

Booked for son's 7th birthday party, 10 boys who absolutely loved it. Staff were great, really friendly and very helpful! We arrived a little early so the young man on reception duty gave the boys a ball and let them play on the football pitch for 15 mins which was an added bonus! Also one of our party hurt his ankle in the party room, an ice pack was quickly brought out by one of the staff! Thoroughly recommend - thank you!

1st visit with my 6 year old son today and he loved it, will definitely be back again! Staff were really lovely & made him feel at ease- there were plenty of climbing walls to choose from! Only “bummer” was the session was late starting by 10 minutes and it wasn’t added on to the end so we only got 50 minutes but we had a good time so not complaining - we will be back! X

We held our daughter's 10th birthday party two weeks ago. It was a very good experience for everyone; the 12 children had a fabulous time climbing and it was relaxing for the adults too! The party room afterwards was spacious and the staff were all helpful. There was also plenty of food! Overall I would definitely recommend it as a party venue and I would like to thank the staff for helping to make my daughter's birthday special.

Visited today with my two sons age 5 and 8 , staff were friendly and always around to clip/unclip, it was busy but you could move around and we had plenty time to go on every wall , my 8 year old loved it and he tried them all � 5 year old stuck to same few easy ones but got higher each time we didnt use cafe so couldnt comment but we would return x

Took my kids (4 & 9) to grip and go and they loved it.

Just a couple of suggestions to make it even better. There is no need to arrive 45 mins before as we were waiting around for at least 15 mins, more staff on as in similar places you can clip and un clip your self therefore not relying on staff to unclip you. At one point there was just one member of staff and 14 kids with their hands up to b clipped. I also think they should know how to unclip themselves in an emergency situation too (i.e. A fire alarm etc). A lower price for 4 year olds as most walls simply are impossible to do with their little legs.

Had my sons birthday party here. Guests ranged from 5 to 12 and all enjoyed it. The 5 year old did struggle to climb many walls due to leg length but she tried them all. The party aspect was good, the food was set out ready but not a lot of input from staff when in party room, no rubbish bag provided and we didn't bring a lighter for cake. Good price for it though.

Had my daughters party here and also been a few times only criticisms are not enough staff so a lot of time wasted waiting to be clipped and unclipped also staff that are there are constantly chatting to each other instead of working I had to go over a few times and ask for someone to come and unclip my daughter

Went for a boys party, first time, most of party were only 6 and couldn't do many walls and spent a lot of time just waiting to be clipped and unclipped, staff there were great just not enough of them for the number of children, cafe a real let down, far too small and cramped for the amount of parents expected to wait and very poor choice of refreshments, party room upstairs was fab, in all the party was over 3hrs long with only 45 mins of climbing done, be prepared for a lot of waiting about

The actual climbing facilities were excellent. The kids loved it!! This area was never over crowded and there was never any need to queue. However the cafe was the size of a postage stamp. And the prep room even smaller! Left me feeling slightly claustrophobic given you need to the there 45 minutes beforehand, just to be stood around.

Wouldn’t recommend the toddler session which is advertised for 1-4 year olds. I visited with two 3 year olds who found it very difficult to use the apparatus. There are no smaller climbing frames toddlers are just expected to use the main apparatus which is too difficult for them. Grip and go you are missing a trick here it could be so much better. We were the only people at the toddler session and I’m not surprised why.

I think the service was terrible told to arrive 45 minutes early to wait around for 30 minutes for a briefing. I got told 3 times by a member of staff they would get me a harness and they never did. In the end I got fed up and just watched the kids climbing instead of joining them even thou we paid to climb. The staff spent most of the time at the bottom talking in groups wasn't worth the fee.
