Had the Christmas meal and pudding which was great very good value and the waiter was excellent would definitely recommend it

User

Had a lovely lunch with my daughter at halfway house, the food was delicious and not dear at all, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the waitress was very nice and the serve was good even though it was very busy.

User

Excellent food and service. The steaks are cooked to perfection and the lunch saver menu is very good value for money.

User

To be honest it's was fine the room like all premier inns was good and we had a nice meal good staff nothing to complain about if I wanted to nit pick there were no blueberry muffins or maple syrup. At breakfast they are listed on the continental menus but the food on offer was huge so plenty to eat it's just I didn't have the cooked breakfast and like maple on my pancakes had ordinary syrup but everything well presented plenty of if it and staff were great would not hesitate to go again or recommend

User

The services was good and the food was great thank you.

Lovely meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Steak cooked to perfection. Waitress very pleasent . Toilets not nice though, needed a thorough clean.

User

Food was lovely, really loved the piri piri sauce!! Drinks let it down, wanted a dry white wine but everything was sweet! Service was a bit slow that we went to the bar to get drinks but couldnt set a tab up as it was separate to the dinner tab?? Had a great night anyway x was very busy which is a good sign

User

50 years after holding our graduation dinner here some of us met up again to mark the occasion. The food was good and I particularly liked the koftas and the steaks were delicious. One of the staff kindly took a photo which would be good to see

We go, a group of four, about four time s a year. I always have the lamb rump as it’s gorgeous. Not this time! A change of suppliers means poor quality I’m afraid. First one was all fat, as was the second. It was taken off the bill but meant I had a mouthful of potatoes on my much looked forward to meal. Service from Ruth was great as ever, but word of advice, avoid the lamb until they swap suppliers back. It was truly awful, and that’s not the chefs fault.

User

Shown to the table and not asked for a drink order, or advised who our waitress would be so no one knew we were there until we told them. Beer for hubby had bits in it, so had to have a different type. Eventually, had three courses. Steak was tough, but rest was OK. Was not impressed even though the waitress tried her best. Won't be going back...

Laura is our favourite out of all the waiting staff. Sadly, we often visit when she is not working.

My constant moan though, and it never changes, is that the butter served with such things as Pate is taken straight from the chiller, and is so rock hard it's unusable. Some waiting staff have the cheek to say they have to serve it like that for health and safety reasons. Tosh. Other restaurants manage to serve butter at nearer room temperature with no problem - and there's no point serving it if it is like a piece of granite.

User

Few things not cooked right 1 of us the onions were cold another steak had to go back over cooked the 2 deserts Apple crumble the apples were no cooked so good wasa bit disappointing

User

Service is very good but the food is no way as good as it used to be I think beefeater must be using cheaper ingredients as it was bad in Sevenoaks last week too

User

not blodly good wont be going back felt so let down after takeing family their saying how lovely it is their how wrong i was

User

When your family are asked to leave the restaurant and called liars when showing staff and management the video of mice running around the restaurant

User

Very poor food and equally bad service. I ordered vegetable linguine, it was bland and my friend ordered a bean salad which supposedly contained brown rice and quinoa of which there was only a tiny amount. This dish which costs £9.49 consisted of mainly watercress! When we complained to the waitress, she just got my friend more of the same! We will not be going back and we do no recommend it at all!

User

The food was okay but expensive. The service was good. There was a large group of people sitting the other side of the room from us and the noise was HORRENDOUS. You couldn't have a conversation. We left as soon as we had eaten our main course and spoke to the waitress that served us. When she told the manageress that we were walking out she wasn't bothered.

We certainly won't be going back there. All they seemed bothered about was how much money this group were spending at the bar

User

Prices higher but that's not the point the food is terrible the turkey Xmas meal £18

I could not eat it all frozen food if u come here u will truly be disappointed

When your family are asked to leave the restaurant and called liars when showing staff and management the video of mice running around the restaurant

Had the Christmas meal and pudding which was great very good value and the waiter was excellent would definitely recommend it
