Very friendly customer service. Purchased a brand new 320d xdrive and was kept fully up to date on how the order was progressing by the sales man Paul Clegg, and as promised it was deliverd on the date agreed. Very pleased and satisfied with the service i received.

Just bought a 420 M Sport Grand Coupe from BMW Halliwell Jones Warrington. Excellent customer service and first class service from start to finish. Made first enquiry about the car on Sunday and it was delivered to my door first thing on Thursday morning.

Mark Wilson the sales executive took care of everything for us and made the whole experience so stress free and easy. Would 100% recommend buying a car from this garage and certainly will be back in the future. Thank you for all your help Mark and keeping us up to date with the whole process of buying the car to getting it delivered, couldn’t recommend you enough!

When halliwell Jones bmw think it is OK to have cars dropped off in the street blocking my driveway so I am unable to get out

It’s a shame to have to leave a poor review since I have bought 3 BMWs from Halliwell Jones Warrington in the last few years. This review is not related to the buying process since this is very good, but this relates to the service of my latest 3 series BMW. Firstly the cost of the oil change service is a complete rip off £260 plus, but we all know we have to use BMW or thus invalidate the warranty on your vehicle. My complaint to the garage was the so called complimentary valet, well secondly nothing is complimentary when you have paid £260+, the valet and I use the word valet loosely was in fact a quick jet wash and a wipe over. Now normally you receive a customer service questionnaire, but unsurprisingly I am still waiting for this after my complaint to the garage. Anyway you live and learn there are more makes and dealerships out there when it becomes time to change vehicle.
