I have had a few cancellations and people turning up with eye makeup on recently so just wanting to remind everyone of my policies. 🙂
Appointment and cancellation policy.
All small businesses particularly those in the beauty industry rely on our clients turning up or letting us know they can't make it to their appointments. Our time is precious we work long hours and generally adapt to our clients needs. Sometimes neglecting our own. Therefore we introduce various policies ...to not just to protect you as a client but also ourselves.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
PATCH TESTS Patch test require no less than 24 hours prior to Lash Extensions. If you have a patch test and there is a 3 month interval where you have not had a treatment or products are changed. A further test will be required.
A £15.00 non refundable booking fee is required at the time of patch test. However, it is redeemable against the treatment and will be deducted from the treatment total on the day.
Please arrive without any eye make-up. If eye make-up has to be removed an additional £5.00 will be added to the total cost of your treatment.
CANCELLATION No less than 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or amend your appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the cost of treatments missed or amended being added to the price of your next appointment and any promotional offers will also be invalid. For example, if you book for a full set of lashes that are usually £40 but on offer at £35 and you amend your appointment to the following day. You will be required to pay £20 for the cancelled/amended appointment plus the full price of the treatment £40 totalling £60.
This also applies to appointments missed without notice. Multiple missed appointments or multiple amendments without 24 hours notice will each be chargeable at 50% of the cost of treatment booked.
In the instance you have paid a booking fee and you cancel, amend or miss your appointment without 24 hours notice this will not be redeemed against the cost of your treatment and not refunded.
Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time and with NO eye makeup.

With regards Hannah’s lashes I can’t fault the lady she has done an amazing job. Everyone who I meet thinks I had a real lashes , “ i said I wish” but I have to have this done � by an expert.

Hannah has done a amazing job on my hair and can't believe what she achieved from just the first sitting� she was amazing with my my doggies too, and made me laugh!

Hannah has cut my children's hair and is brilliant with them. She has also cut and coloured mine and I loved it. She is so lovely, chatty and most of all professional. Won't be going else where from now on 5�

Hannah has applied eyelashes to me, using non allergenic glue and they stayed on for 4 weeks! very good quality, friendly and very reliable ,*****

Hannah done my lashes for my holiday and they have lasted so well. Highly recommend her. Xx
