We called in for a late lunch/early dinner before watching The Foo Fighters yesterday. As usual, everything was great. I’ve always loved a particular burger there and asked for it again (as no longer on the menu). The staff were great and ordered it for so I got what I wanted without pay through the roof. BTW, the burger was cooked perfectly and the chilli fries have definitely got a kick, ha ha.

Our first experience in a Hard Rock Cafe the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful good atmosphere we were down from Southampton for the Jay Z and Beyoncé concert we actually came here twice in two days for dinner on Wednesday night and lunch today a bonus our meal was 71p each happy birthday Hard Rock Cafe. Thankyou for being part of a fab few days!

Just had lunch here on way home to Glasgow. One of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Every member of staff we dealt with were lovely. Special mention to Stephen with a ph � and the manager (sorry did not get her name) but she came up and asked our wee boy if he wasn't enjoying his lunch because he was too busy playing a game to eat and offered to get him something else instead! It's little things like that, that make a restaurant enjoyable for parents. Very child friendly. Food amazing as always. Always forget how big the portions are and order too much! We are trying to work through all the hard rocks in the world but this one has been our fave by far (so far)

The staff were amazing and very helpful. They made an error with one of our drinks and sorted it straight away.

The food was lovely and tasty.



I’ve only marked it one star down because the prices were a little high but not over the top.
