Hardcore Gym Aintree Description
Hardcore gym is a no nonsense old school strength and fitness facility that caters for members of all abilities and ages. Hard work and results are at the heart of our ethos and there are always and members of staff or other members on hand to help out with training tips and advice. Our gym has a full range of free weights, resistance machines and cardio equipment to suit all your fitness needs together with a strength and conditioning area which has everything from punch bags to tyres, sledge hammers, battle ropes etc. This room and the gym is also available to hire by any qualified personal trainers at reasonable rates. Please feel free to call in for a free taster session at any time. No contracts or joining fees. pay per session weekly or monthly.

Walked in a nervous wreck after one thing an another in october i havent looked back thanks to daz best gym i ever walked into made lots of new friends an life is lookin good. So people if your lookin for nice friendly place to train hardcore is the one briliant place to be an be part of :-)
This is a real gym, it has everything you need and more, the staff are brilliant, allways there to help and have all the knowledge to share for whatever your individual goals are, great friendly atmosphere, one of the best gyms I've ever been to
The people are brilliant always helpfull and not judgemental great place totrain with great people. Without adoubt the best gym in Liverpool 5 stars isnt enough for this place.
Spot on gym this I am getting the best results that I've had in years, with a mix of beginners up to professional body builders & fitness coaches all willing to help and give advice when needed
Really good gym , friendly atmosphere, all the equipment you need to train properly is available and Darren is always happy to give u advice on training, nutrition etc if you ever need it.
Quality gym! Hardcore by name and nature, I've had help with workouts tips on diet and nutrition and there's always someone to spot you if you need it. I'm more motivated to go train just because I know everyone's sound and I can just go in and get on with it. The staff are friendly and it's a proper family atmosphere. Try hardcore before you join one of those chains and you'll definitely feel better about training. The prices are spot on too ����
No more wanting to be in an out of a gym the stuff I've learned from here the past 3-4 weeks by far more than u will pick up in a commercial gym you will never want to leave this place for sure has became my home with the most welcoming family HARDCORE GYM TRAIN HARD OR GO HOME 💪🏽💪🏽
I started going last feb and to be honest best thing ive ever done, when i first walked in i thought wtf!!!! am i doing here anddo you know what they are the most easy going lovable people in there everyone makes you feel at ease especially darren and ruth xxxif you have to go one gym make it hardcore , i promise you wont look back
Has to be Liverpool's most orientated team gym iv joined everyone !! looks after everyone!!!. Advice is on hand for Meal plans, training and even 1 on 1 sessions no Fuss just get in get it done and if you need help its there. Really motivated lads and girls
