I have been asked this question quite a lot recently, so I thought it was the perfect time to put the answer out there!
Selling or buying a house is considered the third most stressful thing you will ever do in life behind death followed by divorce and sadly for some customers, they are trying to deal with a couple of these at once.
... This is exactly why empathy and accountability are two of our core values at Harper Williams, which we live and breathe every day.
Estate agency isn’t a typical 9am-5.30pm office job. It is a lifestyle! It is something you constantly think about and a responsibility that if you are passionate and love what you do, will never really leave you.
People generally hate estate agents…. And I mean really dislike us! We are up there with some of the most hated professions…tax inspectors, parking attendants and politicians just to name a few.

We've been in our new house for almost a month now and have no doubt at all that if it weren't for Leanne's hard work and persistance we wouldn't have made it this far! We were in a complicated chain and Leanne worked tirelessly to bring it all together, resolve the issues throughout the chain and make it happen. But without a shadow of a doubt, if it wasn't for the professionalism and dedication of Leanne through the whole process, then it would be a very different story.



We found ourselves in a long and messy chain; time and time again someone, somewhere found another reason why we couldn't agree a date for exchange. Perhaps most disappointing was the total lack of drive shown by solicitors and other Estate Agents up and down the chain... that is except for Leanne!! Going way beyond her responsibility to her clients, she was the one person who chased and badgered every single solicitor and agent in the chain until finally, just 48 hours before the chain would have collapsed, she got everyone aligned and got us over the line.



Leanne, you are a star... and anyone looking for an Estate Agent should look no further.
