Visited this evening. 2 adults 2 children and a baby. Lovely efficient service of Katie. Kids rated "her restaurant" �10/10 and her service brilliant. Food was delicious and plenty off it. Brill deal on at the moment at this FAMILY restaurant kids eat for £1. Just a heads up if your a boring old moaning bat! Dnt eat here at this restaurant there will be kids eating here as it's a family restaurant so expect to see kids being kids! If u dnt like to see kids enjoy them self with their friends then go eat elsewhere � keep up the good work guys. Nice to see staff interact with the children. An thanks for giving them the extra Lemons they asked dale for. They enjoyed playing who could pull the funnies face An keep it in the longest �

The staff are friendly, the food is quick and still hot and can't argue about the price. Will be eating there again no doubt. Recommend it! �

My first visit to the Sir Winston Churchill Harvester, has been outstanding. From the minute you walk in, you are greeted by attentive staff (Noriel and Danielle) even when their busy! Outstanding Efforts and customer care were made by Noriel, a member of staff whom is very efficient and caring towards my mum having severe walking difficulties; finding a suitable booth near the disabled toilet. Throughout the entire meal, Noriel was very helpful and nothing was too much! Given we had just arrived from Christie’s hospital both hungry and tired it was a very enjoyable meal coupled with excellent customer care. The food was excellent. Mum had fish and mash and the rest of the party had sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection! Richard the Manager also provided a free dessert as it was a birthday occasion - the chocolate fudge cake was delicious! An outstanding evening.



Since my recent first visit, we are now regular visitors. Jenny the Manager provides excellent customer care and has dealt with any issues swiftly and effectively.



Dale and Richard also part of the management team, have both been making sure that our seating requirements are met and my disabled mum is comfortable and the food has met her dietary requirements. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they are all lovely staff!



Every visitor has been consistent, enjoyable and is worth the visit. Unfortunately this is not the case with Derby Pool Harvester in New Brighton which could learn from the management of the Sir Winston Churchill in Rochdale. Their service levels, standard of food and customer care and efficiency is not on par with the Sir Winston Churchill Harvester in Rochdale.



Well done, Sir Winston Churchill Harvester, you are definitely my favourite Harvester so far!

Me and my family was there today the food was great we had mix grill, southern fried chicken bun with chips, half a rotisserie chicken mash and peas with gravy, kids meals one chicken strips chips and beans and one sausage yorkshire pud chips and beans all cooked and tasted gorgeous � The service was brilliant Richard was our waiter he was friendly my children liked him he was great with my two went extra mile.the place was a relaxing environment and kids get a little package with colouring things in side kept my kids entertained till food arrived definitely will be visiting again . ���

Me and my boyfriend went here today for lunch. The staff were quick to seat and serve us - very friendly. Joanna was our waitress and she was so bubbly and friendly, without hesitating to meet our needs. We had the refills of Pepsi which I think is worth the money and I had the steak bun, and wow! It was cooked to perfection! My OH had the bacon and chicken on waffles. To say it was only on the lunch menu, you got a really good portion size, we were stuffed when we left! Decently priced too, will be coming back �

Made a booking for today at 2:30pm for 10 people as it's my eldest sons birthday and asked if they had an allergy folder as my 9 month old has multiple allergies and has never managed to actually eat out anywhere as no one seems to cater to allergies. Anyway they advised they did and I checked online to see beforehand what he could have. When we arrived I spoke to the server who double checked my order for my baby and he found that the mash actually had milk in it when online it doesn't state that so I really appreciated that as it would have made my baby really ill! They went out of their way to find a substitute which we had the sweet potato chips as they are made in a separate fryer and my lil lad was actually able to join in his brothers birthday meal! My family all really enjoyed their meals from the ultimate mixed grills and the chicken stacks to the classic burgers and meatballs � overall we had a great time and the food and service was great and to top it off it was cheaper than originally thought as they had an offer on we weren't aware of!

Thank you so much will definitely visit again!!

Love coming for lunch here nothing is to much trouble even if they are busy we came on Sunday and sam who served us was friendly and welcoming food was hot and fresh can’t fault anything at all

Just had an amazing meal at the Winton Churchill, the combo 35 was delish and was cooked perfectly. The Baileys Rocky Road was scrummy too. We eat here quite often and this was my favorite meal yet!!

The staff were all great as usual with their friendly manner and fast service.. Thanks everyone

I was with Debbie Dearden and yes I can confirm the food was excellent, you won't find me making many online reviews but the Combo 35 definitely deserves it! My brother is coming too on Friday for it.

I have just got home after coming here for tea with my friend and our children, an 8 year old a 7 year old and 9 month old. We was served by Katie and the manager on duty was Dale. The food was beautiful, the service was 10/10 and the food came out very fast, not too fast but fast. We all had a lovely time and we was checked on regularly and my 8 year old even made a comment to Katie that the place got 10/10 in his book and so did Katie for her service, it’s just a shame that the elderly couple sat next to us spent the whole of there time there complaining, they complained there where skin on the fries (as it states in the menu they ordered it from) they complained about there drinks, they complained about having the wrong kind of fork, and whilst they was complaining to Dale the manager, they also took it upon themselves to ask if he was even old enough to work there which to me is extremely rude, however I’d like to say dale handled these customers professionally and with patience which was commendable because I can’t say I’d have been able to do the same. The couple also complained about our children because apparently they where running around, they went to the toilet once and to the drink machine to refill there drinks, god forbid our children speak in a family restaurant or leave there seat. Anyway I’ve left this review mainly to thank the staff for a lovely meal, but also in the hopes they will be on here later leaving a bad review and they come across this and in future decide to go to a restaurant that isn’t a family one and maybe one with a silver spoon award or something more up to there ridiculous standards because the only downfall of our evening was listening to professional miserable complainers trying to make people’s jobs difficult for absolutely no reason at all �

Had fab meal with family today was amazing my steak was cooked to pefection just how i like it we were a party of 22 and we all were very happy service was fab our waiter i think was Richard he went the extra mile will coming again ����

Fab food and fab staff especially the assistant manager went out of her way when to help my little girl when the post mix ran out on her

Been here afew times now and never been disappointed. My recent visit here was yesterday (Saturday 23/06/18) to celebrate a friends birthday. Absolutely gorgeous food, was given above and beyond the best customer service ever. We wasn't waiting to long for our food, we both had the BBQ King Burger and for dessert had the Baileys Banoffee Profiterole Sundae, which both of them was out of this world and amazing. The staff are all friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable aswell. Will be coming back again soon. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you all for a lovely visit. See you all again soon. Xxx

On the whole the food was very good. Slightly dry chicken (not enough to raise issue) with the kids meals but besides that spot on...will be coming back...oh service was good too.

I'm sure the meals here are great but all I wanted was either a lighter bite, a sandwich or a jacket potato with a nice filling. Unfortunately, they offer none. You can get a jacket, but not as a meal with a filling. Sometimes, at lunch time, you don't want a big meal. The salad bar is okay but the bowls they give you are tiny and if you have salad as your meal, it's nearly four pound. You'll be lucky to get 50p worth of salad in the bowl. Won't bother with here again. Sorry.

Came in today to give another chance as we live a minute away and I’ve had good experiences at other Harvesters. I’d also heard that the team had changed and so hoped this time would be good. Sadly not.



First our meals came out completely wrong but was quickly rectified and a free dessert was gratefully accepted. But when said dessert came? We both opted for ice cream sundaes and were treated to just a bowl of ice cream. Felt like a child. I took a picture...
