Went with the wife on Saturday evening great food nice place �

Came for the first time yesterday and had a salad and it was spot on my friend had food also and she enjoyed it definitely return and try more off that menu yummy

Brilliant restaurant, really nice food, looks good and food and drinks are reasonably priced :) �

we never go St. Helens so spotted this havannah grill and decided to give it a try the food was lovely and the restraunt is very smart but the young staff really need to be trained up properly, I received chips with my meal was never asked for the choices you serve and I gave up asking for a glass with bottle of bud .... I would call again as I enjoyed meal n grill , just more training on the young staff great place x

The food was good and tasty our server was very pleasant but unfortunately the drinks were not good at all although I ask to change it which was done with know fuss still the drink was not good when it was time to pay the bill I ask the server to remove the cost of the drink and it was done with no problem. We would go back and try again

Called in for lunch today and a cocktail after a long morning shopping . First visit and greeted warmly by a lovely waitress with an Australian accent who couldn’t do enough for us . Staff very attentive and gave us plenty of time to browse the menus ( as first timers) Super deal on cocktails which tasted lovely on arrival . Food arrived hot and was tasty . The bill was really very reasonable ! Great value for what we had . A super little retreat for an informal meal and drinks . We will definitely be back .

Shown to a table quickly, waitress then managed to smash a wine glass on the table as we were sitting down. We wrote our order out to make it easier for the waitress to understand what we wanted as she said it was her first day; one main course was wrong - fair play to the waitress she did offer to take it back but my daughter said she'd eat it anyway. The vegetables were cold but at least they weren't overcooked and the boiled rice was disgusting - it was like a bag of microwaved rice that had conjealed and overheated at the bottom - we did tell the waitress but got no response back. The cocktails are a rip off and the Pepsi didn't taste like any Pepsi or Coca-Cola I've had before. Service was also very slow considering there were only 3-4 others in there at the same time. We won't be rushing back.

I visited here last night with a party of 4 as I've always enjoyed my previous visits. The service was terrible! After booking a table, nobody seemed to know anything about it when we got there. We waited forever for someone to take our order and when the food finally came, the waitress dropped some on the table and after apologising, picked it up in her hands and put it back on the plate. The food didn't come with some of the items stated on the menu and I was given a burger with 'no tomato' with tomatoes on. We waited around again to pay the bill by card but after waiting so long, we had to scrape the money together just so we could leave. It's a shame that this was one of my favourite places in town and now I won't be going back. Very disappointed.

Had Lasagna it was cold and uncooked in the middle, chips were uncooked still hard. My friend had a gammon burger it was all fat and tasted 'off' she couldn't eat it. Bad service chef in the back seemed angry shouting/slaming. Will not be returning been a few times but that was the worst disappointed

Wouldn’t even give it one star ! What a dump and I mean a dump. Served supermarket dried packet pasta half cooked watered down wine with ice in , now who serves wine with ice in ? Never in our years of having a pub ! Staff looked embarrassed to be working there.

Second time we've eaten here, but it will be our last! Seated quickly but waited ages to take our food order, even though there were only about 8 people eating. My husband and I both picked meals that cost £16.95, so you would expect good quality, but the meals came with fries which had been cooked till they had no filling and the steak was very average. Over priced, bad service and gross food = 1 ⭐️ 🤢👎🏻🙊

Really disappointing ... have been before and really liked it but service was terrible ... salmon full of water ... forgot to put one of the meal orders through (mine!... and considering it was my Mother's Day meal didn't go down well) so everyone else had food why I had to wait for mine to be cooked ! Meals didn't have what they where meant to have with them ... if this had been my first visit it would have been my only one ... big 👎🏼

I’m no expert but the management in this place would greatly benefit from a customer service course.

I ordered an Antipasto Salad yesterday as it’s the only Salad that the menu clearly states doesn’t come with a dressing - it came with Caesar dressing all over it and I can’t stand the stuff! I apologised and asked the waitress to take it back. She returned about 5 minutes later visibly upset and I asked her if the chef was cross to which she replied “yes he’s fuming” (nice) anyway a good 30 minutes later I received my (as advertised) salad undressed, by which time my other half had finished the meal he ordered. No apology, no compensation, no customer service but lots of evil daggers from the chef and the dark haired woman knocking about by the pass - if looks could kill I’d be ten feet under (Christ I’d nearly been murdered once already with disgusting Caesar Sauce)

Poor waitress didn’t seem to know what was day it was and she kindly left her window cleaner on our table for us to stare at for the entire visit - nb window cleaner isn’t for tables as the name suggests it’s for windows.

Anyway, the place is off the list now for us. I’ll probably pop in and try the gaff when it gets inevitably taken over in the near future.

I give up wanting Havana to succeed and would suggest you do too.

I wouldn't give it any stars to be honest. Chicken was raw. Didn't seem bothered when I complained just asked if I wanted another meal, ordered another but couldn't face eating the chicken am the pasta was dry.

For my first visit to this restaurant, (and last)!!

I was extremely disappointed as myself and two friends dined for the evening, we all ordered the same main meal but asked for two of them without the stated BBQ sauce, only a minor change in my eyes, but only received one without. We wasn't as bothered the fact that they got it wrong, it was more the looks, bad attitude and slamming within the kitchen, as it is an open area. I work in the catering myself an I would be sickened if I seen this behaviour. This stands out from the whole experience, we had nice food, although we had to search for our own cutlery and also didn't get asked for any condiments e.g. salt, had to repeat our drinks order and an overall unsatisfactory atmosphere, as we was the only customers in there. �����
