We’re looking for a Full Time Chef, with experience at least at chef-de-partie level.
The Beer Hall kitchen provides quality local and seasonal food to complement the beers brewed on site. We have a core menu which is a great mix of Beer Hall classics and American inspired dishes as well as swapping in specials and sides as the kitchen team create them.
Full time hours of 40/week including weekend. No split shifts.
... You will be reporting to the Head Chef and be part of a team with two other full time chefs. We are a collaborative kitchen, you’ll have opportunity to develop specials and the menu in general.
Usual service times (these may vary during the year and with functions) are 12-3 Monday-Thursday, 12-8.30 Friday and Saturday. Sundays we put out our standard casual dining menu with a Roast Dinner between 12-6.30.
Pay negotiable and based on experience.

When to summer beer festival on 19th July 2018. Was only three hours but managed to try a few beers, all very good and good selection of different beers. ūüėä

Well worth the visit!

Would definitely recommend the beer tapas before doing the tour, great value for money.

The tour was great too. Very interesting and has fuelled our love for beer! ÔŅĹ

We had a lovely day out good beers good food and very pleasant staff especially the guy who took us on the tour also the guy who served us our food all done with a smile on his face and willing to chat great experience

This is the greatest brewery in the history of breweries. With great people working there who can definitely organise a drink up in a brewery. Cheers!

Selection of beer v food is spot on, and try before you buy beer is a good option of your not sure. I think there's a beer there for everyone.

My partner enjoyed the beers, we both loved the cheese fondue, lovely comfy couches to sink into if you're lucky enough to find one free, otherwise lots of tables and chairs.

My only small gripe is that the ladies toilets are upstairs, obviously girls don't need to pee!

ItsIt's tthe best brewrygive and beer hall ever. Was there yesterday for the nortnorthern craft beer festival and have been a few times before. Never been and not enjoyed the good ale and nice atmosfear.

Just thought the addition of both piped and live music on Friday afternoon wasn't necessary.

Beer excellent as you’d expect and plenty of different types on. We always go for the tapas too. Fish gougons in tempura batter and the prime sausages go down particularly well.
