Excellent service from Mandy and Alison who booked our trip to Krakow, Poland. The whole experience was smooth and easy and the Day Attractions were perfectly organised (Auschwitz, Schindler's Factory). The Golden Tulip Hotel was immaculate with friendly staff, very comfortable room and amazing food. Thank you Hays Travel - top marks to Mandy and Alison :-)

Booked two holidays with alison. Helpful and full of information, and good service. Both times I didn't have a location in mind just dates, and a price; most other travel agents have had issues with this and not been helpful. The exact opposite with alison, I was never made to feel a pain (although I probably was) and the first holiday was great and I am excited waiting for the next one. Highly recommended!

Went into exmouth branch today looking for a last minute deal for half term. Money in our pocket. We were served by the manager who was rude unhelpful and generally a bit of an arse. He continually sniffed, slurped coffee and shouted instructions to other members of staff. He seemed to find our request all one big joke. We made our excuses, left and went to Thomas Cook where we had excellent customer service and booked our holiday. Your loss hays travel. We won't be back �
