Went today 3/2/18 at 1pm for a spot of lunch .... loved the place, nice decor, good vibe, great food & drinks menu, staff really friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our next visit !

Popped in for a few late night cocktails last night, 1st May, the bar staff were very welcoming and their french martini was simply the best! Highly recommend Head of steam 👍🏻

Love this place!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Fabulous lunch!! Yummy yummy yummy!!!!! Will be back soon xx

Love it - after visiting HOS bars in Leeds and Hull, we’re delighted to see one open relatively close to home. Great atmosphere, range of quality beers to die for and excellent friendly staff - back soon we hope.

I called in yesterday afternoon for a few beers. I love the decor & the vibe - along with excellent service from the bar staff. Fortunately, I only live a few hundred yards away so I can see me becoming a regular visitor....!!!!

Had a great night out on Friday place is fab staff really friendly looking forward to returning well done all x

Great selection of beers, lovely staff, great food. Beer and burger and live music on a Thursday night was great.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch at Head of steam today.

The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Dropped in Friday afternoon with a group of friends. Superb selection of keg and cask beers - the Titanic Dark Cherry being a favourite on a hot afternoon!! Friendly staff and very clean. Will visit again.

Came in on Sunday for a quick one. Couldn't help but stay because of the really friendly staff brilliant beer selection, amazing food and they even had live music on too which was a real treat. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a chilled evening.

Called in Thursday tea for a quick drink befor going to croma but we loved the san Miguel full measures so we decided to try the food , which was lovely and we found all the staff very helpful. Was very impressed how very clean everywhere including the toilets keep it up, will be back.

Awesome venue, bet it will be lovely in summer with the French doors open. Excellent drink selection.

Absolutely loved it. Returning on Friday. Manager was so accommodating and knew everything about everything. Can't wait for Friday to return

Well what a lovely people & dog friendly establishment!! 🤣👍🐩✔️. Called in several days ago for a chill with my dogs!! Staff very professional, courteous, helpful & obliging!!👌. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Constantly checking if clients are ok & dogs!! Food & drink reasonable & good!! We have found our Bar in Didsbury now!!

We went in yesterday to watch the england match and bought some food to share at half time we went outside for 5 mins and when we came back they had cleared it away! � other than that it was friendly and food was nice.

Lovely pub only called for one drink lovely beer staff very pleasant

We went for a drink with friends on Friday. We Ended up being told to leave and the reason was we were being to loud?? We were a group and we were spending the most money at the bar and after you took all our money you decided to ask us to leave when it suited you. No manager to explain anything and the doorman seemed like he wasn’t too sure who wanted us to leave. we are your locally clientele and we won’t be in again.

Good luck with your 100k a year rental fees..�

Denied entry from an Ale lead pub for being dressed too causal on a Saturday.

Just another Didsbury mixing pot of pretentious wank I’m guessing.

Completely vile doormen. Not even sure if they are real doormen as they had no identification on display.
