I don't know how many of you know, but almost a year ago today I broke my knee skiing! Yes it was a good one, a tibia plateau fracture. Basically meaning I had an invasive operation placing screws at the optimum place to support the injury and twelve weeks with no weight bearing. I can tell you it's a scary place to be. However, you will see here a picture of me ice skating in December last year, and I never thought I would be able to have the strength in my knee to do i...t but I did! Now, I have been drinking Forever Gel since October 14 and I have noticed a massive difference in my knee.
