A huge thank you to the amazing Viv and her assistants at Forever Green Photography for shooting our amazing shoot today. They were incredible!! 45 women getting naked and we were all so nervous but Viv totally put us at ease and made the whole experience so empowering.
They also do family shoots, newborns, boudoir, maternity...all sorts!! I would highly recommend them 💕💕

Delighted!!! Today I’ve been offered the opportunity to become a Master Trainer for a new fitness programme launching in the UK. I will be the trainer for the North West. Super excited to train lots of new instructors in it 😄
My girls are in for a treat with this new programme too...can’t wait to introduce it next year 😉😉😉
