we visited on 2nd January on a late afternoon. it wasn't too busy when we got there, the place is clean and the staffs is very friendly!!

unfortunately there were no waffle on that day but we will definitely go back!! ��

Went here on Monday and had a great experience. We ordered brownies but they were a little dry but still tasty. When paying we mentioned it in passing and the staff were really apologetic and because we'd paid gave us two free coffees! Faye and Lizzy both served us and both made the experience Great! Thank you

Went for my birthday ,staff were really polite and made me surprise wishing me happy birthday . Place really nice for to spend little time with family, friends and nice cakes.

Well, you are doing great things but obviously the page doesn’t reflect what you make. We would like to see more pictures of the stuff that you make.

We visited here on Friday 8th December and received such good service I came her to compliment our waiter. Quite shocked to see that other people are complaining about it!

We were greeted at the door by Aftab and asked how many we wanted a table for and where we would like to sit and he pointed out they had a window seat ,overlooking the Albert Dock, available if we wanted to sit there so we did. He gave us all menus and asked if we wanted him to go through the menu with us or if we wanted so peruse through ourselves. We said we’d have a look through ourselves so he said to call him if we needed any help. He came back over after 5 minutes and we placed our order. Desserts were all gorgeous as were the hot drinks. We paid and left a tip but Aftab said to give it my little girl to put in her money box! How kind! We declined and told him to keep it as well deserved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and am already looking forward to our next visit!

We had cake that was unbelievably light and tasty fresh crepe with a white chocolate sauce and fresh fruit, hot cookie dough that I haven't seen anywhere else and it was amazing they have a wide range of ice cream I wish I could have tried them all its going to have an outdoor area in the summer and I can't wait recommend heavenly deserts highly you have to try ��

Was nosing on Deliveroo, this just popped through, had a look and it had me hooked, I ordered, didn’t take long and in all fairness I thought the ice cream would of been half melted due to the drive, but it weren’t (bonus) My son devoured his within minutes, will definitely visit and order again. Ferraro Roche waffle was delicious.

Visiting Liverpool and came across Heavenly Desserts. So glad we did. So much choice and everything looked amazing. Decided on the lemon slice, strawberry slice and fresh strawberries with chocolate sauce. Cakes were as light as a feather and tasted delicious and the strawberries and chocolate sauce tasted amazing. Staff were welcoming and service was good. Would definitely go back. 😊

My lovely daughter, granddaughter and myself visited Heavenly Desserts in LiverpoolOne on Saturday 3rd March for an early mothers day treat. We had never been before so we're unsure what to expect. As we walked through the doors we were greeted with a very warm welcome and a lovely smile from our waitress. She took the time to explain everything, gave us some recommendations and gave us time to decide.....(So much choice!!). We finally decided on the cookie dough with Ferrero Roche......omg it was delicious, and so filling. The whole experience was wonderful and we are already planning our next visit. I would highly recommend a visit.......you won't be disappointed ��

Lovely staff and great service. The menu is amazing and the food is served beautifully. The setting is gorgeous too.

I am a regular visitor of the preston branch and love it how ever visited the liverpool branch last night and I had one of the best experiences ever and loved the extra choices they are a really good Idea...you should also add milk chocolate buttons milkyway stars and few more topping choices that would make it perfect.

Fist impressions WOW ....very classy amazing views over the Albert dock.... staff were polite professional and helpful..... had the pleasure of being invited down by the owner who treated us to waffles ... crepes and cookie dough baked to perfection ....all with fresh fruit ... gelato .... and oozing with Belgium chocolate .... couldn’t fault anything ..... jus perfect .... �������xx well done guys good luck x

Absolute perfect experience and will definitely return. With helpful and friendly staff and the desserts are amazing. Accidentally left something in the restaurant so I sent an email and the manager messed me personally within minutes, couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend

Visited this establishment on four separate occasions, on my first visit I ordered a Pepsi, the Pepsi was either on draft and not calibrated OR out of a bottle that had lost its fizz so I requested a can which was promptly delivered to the table. Since my first visit I have always requested cans of Pepsi which I’ve had no problem with until my last visit on 29/04/2018 when the server took the order for cans but brought glasses and when I confirmed that we ordered can the server stated that it was against company policy to serve drinks in a can. I know it maybe a small issue to some but at the end of the day they have them to sell, they’ve served me them in the past but now they’ve lost my custom and custom of everyone I know as I refuse to eat in an establishment that can’t use common sense to please a paying customer.

Brilliant idea poorly executed. Very slow service, staff are unsure of menu and ordering process takes a very long time. Wait patiently (30mins) for desserts to show up, we had 5 items ordered and the time from the first to the last being served was a further 15mins. The knives and forks were filthy we had to go up ourselves and root out clean cutlery, then one of the sundaes we ordered was served in a dirty glass! Unacceptable! Desserts a quite expensive but the restaurant looked lovely so we decided to give it a try but wont be back, the poor waitress just had “so sorry about that” on repeat to all of the customers in the place. Not good enough at all.
