Hello Happyness are empathetic listeners learnt from personal, first-hand experiences including homelessness, addictions, crime, abuse, mental and physical health and fitness issues. Giving selfless time to challenged people and offering solutions which can be life-changing. Aiming to inspire teams and communities to become remarkable: have the attitude, belief and confidence to do whatever they love to do. Once healing and healed – share experiences and journeys to help others leading to a longer lasting and more meaningful internal happiness. Mistakes and failures are lessons to progress and not to be used to beat ourselves up. Everyone has a special and unique talent if they give themselves and if people around them give them the chance to shine.

Gratitude. I have missed a couple of days, I can let it go, relax and start again. Today, I am grateful for: 1. Friends, great people who sometimes disagree with me, although always stand by me, and Plum who gave me these Levi's, before I moved to Ibiza to entertain and then DJ. 2. Memories. I have been so fortunate to have incredible memories, from travelling, from music, time with friends, and especially with my son. 3. Gratitude. Listen to each other and look after your loved ones wherever they are. Everybody hurts, sometimes. Today I am grateful for: 1. Having the opportunity to have known a selfless and very talented pal, who sadly passed away in October 2016. 2. Being able to listen to music which has helped me through my most challenging and isolated situations, without being able to hear music, I don't know where I would be now. 3. Learning to be able to have empathy for myself, who...le-heartedly and to accept that it's ok to make bad decisions.
