In future I will be taking payments for class upfront due to the fact I had 5 cancellations with less than 30 minutes notice and 2 no shows. I get the weather has been delicious and the last thing you wanna do is exercise but please have the courtesy to let me know in advance x

Bootcamp may possibly have to be cancelled girls. Quite a few ladies have had to drop off this week due to illness/work commitments, so as it stands there aren’t enough girls booked on for me to be able to go ahead with the session.
I’ll let you know tomorrow for definite.
