Mens sauna is finished and varnished and ready for this week so will have male and female saunas at hero ready! (not mixed I'm afraid 😊) so let's do this again... If you would like free membership to hero including sauna and gym we will pick one of you tonight for a free! So after a good old bit of elbow grease and a nice varnish the female sauna suite is now open at hero fitness.. It was dark at 05.30 am this morning before our 6am clients and the nights are getting darker earlier... We can't wait at hero to get in these saunas after a workout and be toasty as it gets colder outside! And of course this is included in our monthly membership! So.. Really impressed. Good size with good, brand new equipment. The staff are really friendly which gives it a nice vibe. Lots of personality to it which is what’s missing from those bigger chains of gyms. If you’re looking for a friendly and well resourced gym in Stockport then look no further
