Gavin and the team can't do enough to help, I took my time to select an agent locally who would work with me to sell the house and be flexible and they knocked it out the park. Take a look at the care and attention for each house they sell in terms of the pictures, description and generally making sure that anyone that comes to view is fully qualified.

A very good service from Hilton Horsfall. Our house sold in 3 weeks - the photos were excellent and absolutely did the house justice. Gavin is very approachable- and always contactable - even after the house was sold. Think the house was probably marketed and sold for slightly less than it was worth- though that decision at the end of the day was with us.

Tried to rent a house from here. The girl who was in charge of it stated 3 different rental prices and said I could move on a fixed date. She didn't do any of the reference checks when the application was handed in, decided to do them a week later, 2 days before the move in date.

We are now in a position where we don't know what is happening with the property and despite asking clear questions no answers have been given and she sounded too bored to bother finding out.

They were very happy to take my money though. Yet will not give it back nor state when/if the property can be moved into. If lack answers continue trading standards will be informed
