Holistics At Home Description
All massages are Holistically tailored to suit the needs of the individual. I blend essential oils to either sedate, balance or uplift and to treat minor health or skin problems. Joints are manipulated to improve range of movement, myo-fascial release is applied to ease taut muscles and energy points are stimulated to create an overall sense of well-being.
