I was looking on FB for someone to shave my door after having my new carpet fitted by a carpet warehouse and Steven replied and booked his joiner for Saturday 3rd. The joiner did a fantastic job of the door and left everything very tidy. The asking price of £20 was much less than I expected. We previously had another carpet fitted by a carpet warehouse who recommended one of their joiners to shave the first door. He charged £35 for a complete botched shoddy job taking over 2" off the bottom so obviously I wasn't going to take their recommendation again. Would highly recommend Holmes Carpets. Great customer service.

The guys who came to fit the carpet were smart and friendly and did a great job. The underlay was put in down really well and even matching where it met (love a little OCD!). They ran a wire under the carpet and fitted new plates as well. They didn't rush the job but were quick and efficient.



My neighbour is so impressed with my new carpets he has asked for a business card, which i am more than happy to pass on.
