Tomorrow sees Halloween on Thursday 31st October. CHESHIRE Police have launched a crackdown on anti-social behaviour during the Halloween period. Historically, Cheshire Police receives an increase in calls relating to anti-social behaviour on Halloween. Please check on your neighbours particularly those who are elderly or vulnerable. Should you have any concerns contact Cheshire Constabulary on 101 or in an emergency 999.... Posters can be downloaded from Cheshire Constabulary website inviting or discouraging Trick or Treaters. Alternatively, you can contact us at Home Instead and we can get a poster to you.
