You can’t beat British engineering and Hope is British engineering at its best. I’ve got full Hope kit on my bike and it’s never let me down.

Well people wonder why I spend that bit more on bike components... having brought a number of Hope items over the years I've recently been having problems with an old R4 light. What great service I've recieved, the light was 8yrs old and they've warranties the power cables FOC!!! So I'm now back up and running with my old R4 and my R4+



Great service from a great British company...

Massive shout out to the warranty team who have sorted me out with a new set of bearings and a winter hat after my crank axle failed.

Lovely looking gear, great vfm wheels. Great hassle free warranty if you need it although their stuff seems very reliable given what it's put through... I don't run their brakes as I like the smaller lever of Shimano but I have had quite a few sets of hope wheels and am currently running some 35w wheels on my ebike which are doing a great job.

Just like to say how impressed l am with the service and products you guys provide. In this world of cheap throw away tat, you are a breath of fresh air.

Just in the process of building my first hard tail, I have got Hope components through out the build and they are just top top quality . Don’t buy anything else simply won’t be as good

I’d just like to say a big thank you to the team at Hope who repaired my ageing Hope One front light free of charge. It’s never been right since I carelessly allowed it to bounce down the road and now it’s as good as new. Thank you again, amazing service!

I have been running hope products on my bikes for quite some time. Started off with littlw things for my BMX likw spacers and the grip doctor. When getting into MTB i got some brakes and have never looked back. Had e4s on pretty much every bike now i run pretty much all the products hope produce on my bikes. Best customer service i have ever dealt with always on point and sort the problems out almost instantly. And there is not many problems to sort in all of my experiences.

I have always run hope hubs and brakes and never had any real issues, for the first time ever I had an issue with a hub, I spoke to Rob who asked me to return the hub, took them to the factory next day 15 mins later hub was sorted thankyou Rob and thank-you Hope for your excellent customer service 👍

I have a Hope headlamp which for the last 2 and half years has given me excellent service.

Last week it suddenly stopped working. I returned the lamp, it has been repaired free of charge and posted back to me.

That’s impressive service.

Hope makes a great product! All parts are well engineered, work well, reasonable weights and look awesome! All this at a great price! Now if we could get green anodized and the bikes in the USA!

Hope are the best brakes in the world!!! I love mine there amazing and look awesome too. I'd never ride a bike without them now. Just wish I had the money to get the wheels.

Folks I just completed the Finale24hrs as a solo rider in Italy - with a big thanks to your new XC straight pull wheels and XC brakes and disks which performed faultlessly during a 24 hrs straight beating with rocks, sprints and some very technical fast descents....Thanks for making some really really high quality high performance products:)

Best made parts for your bike, period.

The quality and craftsmanship is the best in the business. You can tell this company takes pride in its products.

All of my Hope products have been tough, durable, great looking and very good value for money considering the quality. Excellent customer service and made in the UK!

Bought seal set for Tech Evo brakes and wrong seals were in packet (labeled wrong and slightly too small), didn't realize until after they were fitted and now the pistons of my brakes are bust from removing the seals which were too small, told Hope that I was angry as I had just dished out a load of money to rebuild my brakes and I now had to go buy a Shimano bleed kit and mineral oil to put originals back on, Hope offered to send new pistons with seals but that wasn't enough because it should have never happened in the first place and any professional company would have launched an internal investigation.



The brakes were originally provided without brass plungers in the levers fitted to an Orange Alpine causing constantly changing adjustment and leaked at the reservoir from day one, changed the seals there also and they still leaked with no visible signs of any sort of damage or scratches and I couldn't feel anything with my fingernails on the surfaces.



This whole fiasco which Hope single handedly caused ended up costing me as much as a brand new set of Shimano XT brakes and I have some paper weights to show for it and not a single damn given by Hope.



I'm a wheelbuilder in Spain and I built all my wheels for people around hope hubs, I have now stopped using Hope and will never use them again, one small problem that they could have corrected at a small cost has now cost them more due to me no longer using their products, that was smart wasn't it Hope.



Had problems with other manufacturers also but they replaced instantly, Hope just want to blame everything that is their fault on everyone else.



A one star review is even too much for them and they deserve 0 stars and the word disgraceful next to their name.
