I love this firm. We've just completed our 6th transaction with Houldsworths. Not an easy one by any means but all handled with such professionalism and cool heads by the wonderful Amanda Hall and Marsaya Taylor who stayed on late to get the job over the line on time.

Amanda was absolutely fantastic in the purchase of our house and the sale of our previous property. Both transactions were extremely difficult and painful, but Amanda persevered and pulled us through. Amanda was also extremely dedicated to both transactions, often emailing late at nights and weekends to put my mind at ease. We were struggling to get to exchange and Amanda even took the file home over the Christmas and New Year period and kept on top of her emails to push for exchange during the festive period. On one occasion I emailed to get hold of Amanda as I needed to speak to her urgently and she called me within 10 minutes even though she had left the office. It is clear that Amanda is very experienced and knowledgable and I would highly recommend her.

Amanda has now handled two property purchases for me and I couldn't recommend her highly enough, or will look anywhere else for help in the future. One involved a complex situation involving legal proceedings against a third party and she was always ready to support and guide me. Her attention to detail and speed of response are exceptional. 10/10.
