Without a doubt the best customer service we have ever received. Paul Heaven was fantastic.. from the minute we booked a test drive online, to receiving a telephone call and all sorted. When we came to test drive the Kio Rio with our daughter. She wanted it.. took less than an hour to find the best finance deal with the fantastic help from Billy Cousins also. We came away with the deal done.. came back 5 days later to pick the car up.. all washed.. polished.. valeted.. in fact just perfect.. would recommend HPL to anyone wanting a brilliant deal but importantly with excellent customer service.. the employees that work here are clearly happy in there roles and it shows.. did not see anyone there that didn't smile or wasn't happy to help anyone.. just perfect thank you so much!! Picked up a 4 year old C'eed last week at the Oldham branch. Looked after by Michael (I think, I'm terrible with names) and he was excellent.

There was no pressure whilst I was looking around the forecourt which I've had frequently in the past in other places.

This is the third car I've had from HPL over the last 10 years and whilst this one should do me for the next 4 to 5 I'll happily consider cars from here again when I next come to replace.

I bought a car from the Atherton branch and was really impressed with the service. Andrew, our salesman, was so relaxed and knew exactly what we wanted (we didn’t have a clue!) Despite Andrew still feeling the effects of his visit to London for the awards night, he still managed to make himself available to handover our new car when promised. Great friendly, honest and informative service, really happy with my new posh car!

Had a great experience buying my first car from the Oldham branch a few weeks ago. The salesman Lee Bentley was very helpful with good advice about the car models and variations. We took the car out for a test drive the same day and it took less than a week for the car to be ready to collect. They did thorough checks and services on the car and even sent the car for more touch ups when a further scratch was found during cleaning. Thank you for making this an enjoyable and stress free experience! I would recommend HPL motors and I’m sure I will be back for my next car too.

Good, straight forward service. The staff are very friendly. I've not had the car long but so far so good. Noticed the £100 admin charge after I'd paid which hadn't been mentioned to me, not sure what that's for? But over all I'm very happy with my purchase! �

Rip off...needs to wait 3 weeks for collection and than front bumper was damaged by customer they said! .repaired and promised extra guardex protection it didn't happen. After collection and 3 weeks using car 2 big signs of damage to rear bumper clear lacquer show off hidden under polishing treatment and I was unable to spot it. how its possible when its 120 car check points? Refused to repair telling me bollocks....never again.beware they don't care. Oldham branch.

Bought my car from here and was told that we would receive free MOTs for the life of the car which was a main reason that we went to HPL. Booked the car in for its MOT online which was a simple process, only to receive a phone call to say that we couldn’t book it in that day as they had no availability and the website doesn’t work properly!

The next available date was 2 weeks after our MOT expired. So we had no choice but to take the car elsewhere and pay for the MOT and it failed miserably and cost a fortune!



Advice was to book 2 months in advance however we were not told this when we purchased the car or the previous 2 years as we booked online without a problem.
