Hughes Sub Surface Engineering Limited (HSSE) is an Independent integrated subsea service provider offering a range of services, as well as consultancy to the Offshore, Telecommunications, Power Generation and Marine Civil Engineering sectors.

The company was founded in 2005 to provide a modern technological approach to the Subsea diving industry, and has since grown and expanded it's capabilities to cover Civil Engineering, working at height, confined space and Remotely operated technologies to its subsea services portfolio.
