Humphries Holistics was founded in 2012 by Helen Humphries. Offering a range of therapies to ease away life's stresses & help promote feelings of health & wellness.
Also promote & distribute CBD products to help support health & wellness

I am registered with the Association of Reflexologists. I actively participate in continuing professional development, updating & expanding on my knowledge base & skills.
I love what I do & pride myself on treating each client individually & from a holistic approach. I firmly believe that mind, body & spirit are tightly bound together & in order to effectively treat one, you have to address all three.
The therapies currently available are: Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Indian Face Massage, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, .
I also have gift vouchers available & offer pamper parties.
Home visits only are available at the moment. I also do therapies on a voluntary basis for local charities, such as cancer, hospices, Therapies4forces. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information & to book an appointment.
