At the end of 2015 I am currently tipping the scale at just over 18 and a half stone. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life, and its time to take control and do something about it. In order to help accomplish this I need to make myself accountable for my life, hence this page, my blog about 2016, year of getting fit.
As well as a job, I am also have level 2 and 3 R. E. P. S accredited fitness qualification, and it’s time to put my money where my mouth is, as a well known fitness professional once said, “Knowledge without mileage is bullshit”.
I have a year to get in shape, because at the end of 2016 I am getting married, and at the moment I’d hate to look on my weddings pictures the way I look now.
