And we’ve just taken delivery of some amazing chopping boards handcrafted from Japanese Cypress, considered the ultimate material for chopping boards. Cypress is distinctive for having just the right amount of resilience, making it easy to chop without damaging your knives. It is also antibacterial. Each board comes with its own stand.
