A Gym situated in Golborne that boasts over 20 Pieces of cardio equipment, a wide range over weight lifting machines, upto 50kg dumbbells spinning bikes, and a studio with boxing bags all included in your membership. we also have sunbeds, an onsite supplement store for all with a wide range of products for your body building, weight loss and tanning needs at all very competitive prices.

The gym has a friendly atmosphere, and all are welcome. We have a highly varied membership base, including beginners, professionals, men and women. We always try to cater to your needs as best as we can. At reception you can buy a cold drink, energy snacks or protein bars. We also stock a very wide range of supplements, including protein, creatine, fat burners and lots more. Keeping fit is essential to a good lifestyle. Trying to stay in shape is difficult, but it can always be done, no matter where you are starting from! You don't need expensive and often dangerous surgery, you don't even need to spend a lot of money. Sticking to the basics like a good diet and regular exercise are the only guaranteed way to keep your body trim and your heart healthy. Our facilities will allow you to not only improve your fitness but also to tone and build your muscles. Being fit is great, but being fit and in shape will mean you have the perfect body.

Great place ... Staff are really helpful. I have just started at this gym, not done much with weights before but being shown what to do and knowing you are doing it right makes the whole process less challenging. I would recommend this place to anyone

Been here 4 years since the gym days. Massive improvement in machine quality general appearance and facilities. Great gym
Been coming here for the best part of 5 years, tried other gyms in between but this place always pulls me back, great place to train with fantastic equipment for all levels of ability, the cardio and weights rooms are seperate which is a bonus and the amount of free weights and machines means theres no queing or waiting as there is at other gyms. The monthly standing order payment with no contract is also a huge bonus so no more paying for a month's membership if you cant go.
