Welcome to our IK MASTER BUILD LTD Checkatrade web page, my name is Ivaylo Kanchev (Director) and we specialise in Domestic and Commercial improvements. We are a small company offering a professional and friendly service covering all aspects of property refurbishment Domestic and Commercial at competitive prices.
We take great pride in our work and pay great attention to detail, so our customers can expect the project undertaken to be of a high standard. These guys are fantastic and extremely trustworthy. After the first day I saw how hard they worked and how much they cared about their work that I had no worries about the work or leaving them in my home. It wasn’t a smooth job due to factors we couldn’t control but Ivo and Kancho just embraced it and were always so jolly. I was so happy with their work that I booked them midway through to do the next job. They have done 3 fantastic bathrooms which were in a very poor shape originally but you would never know and they have so much experience and are extremely skilled. I’m chuffed to bits with the end product
I particularly liked how they managed the whole project from ordering the skip, telling me what I needed, cleaning up every day, organising the electrician, liasing with the bathroom shop. They respected my wishes and flexed the scope of the project (granted I tried to be a good customer and not go off piste).
Skills of note:
Tiling including building a shower plinth
Fitting of showers and baths
Wood work restoration
Ceiling and walls restoration
Repairs - they did a few minor repairs on some items which meant I didn’t have to fork out for new
Painting
Oh and finally very clear pricing/quotation
