Garic, the specialist welfare and site set up products provider is working with iLevel to launch a construction industry first – i-SITE is a new remote equipment monitoring system that reduces the cost and environmental impact of site servicing.
Designed specifically for monitoring fluids such as fuel, waste and water, i-SITE has been tested by a range of companies nationwide over the past six months.
Sensors fitted to site equipment eliminate the need for contractors to try ...to estimate when a generator will run out of fuel, when fresh water supplies will be needed or the soil tank needs emptying.
Commenting on i-SITE which will be launched on 31st October Garic director Neil Richardson said: “There is a big shift currently taking place with regard to how servicing is procured and with this smart technology Garic will be leading the way.
“i-SITE is the first of its kind in the UK construction sector and this type of fully-inclusive monitoring software will completely transform the way equipment such as welfare units, fuel bowsers, lighting towers and drying rooms are serviced. Waste removal and fuel or water replenishment will be automatically scheduled for just when they’re needed and this in itself will have a huge impact in helping clients to meet their sustainability targets.”

iLevel iPhone app update for iOS 11
For those of you who have upgraded your iPhones to the latest iOS 11 operating system, the new version of iLevel now works seamlessly with iOS 11 and the earlier versions of iOS 10 for those who have yet to upgrade.
The update is free of charge and can be downloaded directly from iTunes.
... 1) Visit the App Store on your iPhone and select the tab named ‘Updates’ at the bottom of the screen. 2) Here you can view all pending updates for all your applications. 3) Scroll down the page until you can see the iLevel app and click on the blue ‘Update’ button to the right of the iLevel logo. 4) This will update the app automatically, allowing you to get using the latest version of the iLevel app straightaway.

iLevel's tank monitoring technology is being used by Normet and Barhale on the Elan Valley Aqueduct project. The Elan aqueduct crosses Wales and the Midlands supplying water from the Elan Valley Reservoirs in Mid Wales to Birmingham's Frankley Reservoir for the city of Birmingham. Barhale, in partnership with North Midland Construction are building three new tunnels at the Elan Valley Aqueduct as part of the Birmingham Resilience Project (BRP). iLevel's tank monitoring system is measuring chemicals used in the tunnel construction. This part of the work will see the creation of three new tunnels at Bleddfa, Knighton and Nantmel. The tunnels will bypass some existing sections of the aqueduct which will no longer be used and will continue to guarantee a continued water supply to Birmingham.

With tunnel boring starting to extend London's Northern Line tube network, iLevel tank monitoring has been chosen by Normet to monitor their concrete hardening chemical additive. The 2 tunnelling machines (Helen and Amy) will bore underneath London and the concrete tunnels will be installed.
iLevel's tank monitoring system was used by Normet on the successful CrossRail project which is now in the final stages of the project.

Andrew was busy this week in Oxfordshire installing iLevel tank monitoring on 12 Yara fertilizer tanks and 4 fuel tanks on a number of farms managed by Velcourt

Andrew has just fitted an iLevel fuel monitoring system at a holiday home along the Norfolk Coast. Although we have not had an extreme winter in terms of cold temperatures, if the boiler at your holiday home runs out of fuel the holiday home owner can suffer from burst pipes and leaks – causing substantial water damage.
