Two haircuts at Ilham's Stockton Heath branch in February and today were both excellent in quality and attention to detail, taking the time (about 15 minutes) to give me a scissors cut that really suits my basketball head! Not just a 3 minute buzz cut! I'm just sorry that I forgot to tip the barber, he deserved one for his efforts

Took my son tonight for his first haircut, the staff were brilliant with him, took the time to make him at ease & very quick & great cut, we'll definitely come back again!

Took my 2.5 year old here today. Up until today he screamed and had to be pinned down for a haircut.

We decided to go here today, and Monica was brilliant. She showed my toddler the clippers, talked to him and spent time with him before she started the cut.

I was amazed he didn't cry once, it was brilliant. She used clippers and scissors and he looks great. Thank you Monica xx

Took my 2 young sons today, Ilham cut my youngest sons hair, who has learning difficulties. He was totally unfazed, very understanding and did an excellent job on a child who literally wouldn't keep still. Very impressed and would recommend !

My youngest daughter has wanted an undercut pattern on the back of her head - went to Ilhams today with her where he free handed a pattern into her hair ! She loves it ! Thank you very much ( she will be back for a new pattern when it grows out ! )

Friendly owner who I chatted with over messenger. Usually struggle to find a barber that can cut long hair, but I've had two different barbers now (angelika and sekvan) and I've been very happy with them.

Definitely recommend to anyone with long curly hair �

Always a friendly atmosphere, great haircuts in different styles as my son has grown and changed over the years. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to go to Ilhams again to sit in the same chair as the likes of Nigel Benn, Joe Calzaghie, Antonio Barrera, Martin Murray and many more. Top man, really nice chap.

Keeps positive reviews but deletes all the negative?? How about letting others see a fair and balanced view of this barber shop/owner?



The owner of this barbers thinks it is appropriate to SWEAR at and belittle a paying customer, and refuses to discuss a complaint regarding a very very bad haircut, where what was given was nothing like what was requested.



Blocked on messenger (despite never actually sending a message and only "requested to connect") and very angry for no reason when I phoned the store, despite myself being cordial and wanting to discuss the issue/refund.



I would like either refunds or I will be coming into the store to discuss it where you can't hang up on me and you can also issue an apology to the client involved.



Ilham also asked my boyfriend "Which salon sent you?" as if there is some conspiracy and he was sent to sabotage his barbers or something?! Paranoid much??
